Terms & Conditions
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
You will be picked up by the safari vehicle at 7 am from your Nairobi address. You shall then head to Amboseli Sopa Lodge. This takes about 4.5 hours. You shall arrive in time for lunch. You may freshen up, enjoy lunch, get in some rest and head out for an evening game drive. You shall be dropped off at the hotel for dinner, a bonfire and a good night’s rest.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park
Enjoy your breakfast followed by a game drive in the park. Lunch shall be enjoyed in the park. Wildlife to be on the lookout for are leopard, cheetah, wild dogs, buffalo, large herds of elephants, giraffe, zebra, lion, crocodile, mongoose, hyrax, dik- dik, lesser kudu, and nocturnal porcupine – maybe not a nocturnal animal during the day. Amboseli also has a prolific birdlife of 600 species.
Head back to the lodge for some rest and probably a swim and Enjoy dinner and a bonfire after.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
Have some breakfast and checkout by 7 am. Embark on your journey to Naivasha. This is a 5-hour drive. Arrive in time for lunch. Have a bit of a rest and enjoy the hotel amenities, tea, dinner & overnight rest.

Day 4: Crescent Island & Hell’s Gate in Naivasha
After breakfast, you may explore a bit of Naivasha. We would recommend expending some energy at Hell’s Gate National Park where you may take a hike, go for a game drive, ride bikes and such. I would also recommend enjoying a slow boat ride at Crescent Island as you view wildlife like hippos floating by your side and zebras grazing on the shores. Some other animals you may spot include Masai giraffe, Hippos, bat eared fox, dik dik, bushbuck, spring hare, vervet monkey, white-tailed mongoose etc. You would then head back to the resort for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart Naivasha Sopa after breakfast for Lake Nakuru. This is a 2-hour drive. You will enjoy a game drive on your way to the lodge in the park.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park
Enjoy a day of wondering in the park looking for wildlife. Animals special to Lake Nakuru include black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, cape buffaloes, olive baboons, impalas, waterbucks, hippos, colobus monkeys, spotted hyenas, zebras, gazelles, leopards, lions among others.

Day 7: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
Head to Masai Mara after breakfast. The drive takes just about 3.5 hours. Enjoy a short game drive once you enter the gates of the reserve as you head to your lodge for lunch. Relax for the day. You may also enjoy an evening game drive if you’re up for it.

Day 8: Masai Mara National Reserve
Enjoy your buffet breakfast, hop into your safari vehicle for a day full of adventure. Today you’ll be witnessing the world-renowned Wildebeest Migration. This is the largest animal movement on the planet. Millions of wildebeest accompanied by zebras and other animals cross over from the Serengeti into Masai Mara. Watch them cross the crocodile infested Mara River and Talek River, hoping not to be caught by the jaws of crocodiles.

Day 9: Masai Mara National Reserve
On this day you may decide to do it as the previous day or have an early morning and evening game drive. You may decide this with your driver as you see how you feel in the moment.

Day 10: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Rise and shine. This is your last day in Masai Mara. Indulge in your last meal at the lodge, checkout and head back to Nairobi. On the way out of Masai Mara, you’ll stop at a Masai village to see how the Maa live and interact with one another.
The drive back takes 5 hours or so. You may stop somewhere for a bathroom break and some lunch/snacks. The plan is to be back in Nairobi by 5 pm in case you have a night flight.
