Introduction

This safari covers Masai Mara for 3 days and 2 nights. This is a group safari, meaning you will be in a land cruiser with a maximum of 7 people. Each person will get a window seat and enough room on the roof during game drives. Accommodation will be at an en-suite tented camp with built-in hot showers and private toilets. The camp/lodge chosen will depend on room availability.

Schedule

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

Get picked from City Market in Nairobi’s CBD at 7.30 am. Kindly organise an Uber for drop off at City Market. Depart Nairobi for a journey south through the floor of the Great Rift Valley. You will have buffet hot lunch at Narok Town. Arrive in Maasai Mara for late afternoon game viewing en-route. An afternoon game drive is taken till late. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge/camp.

Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, you will head for a full day game drive in the park in search of the Big Five. Next, you will continue the drive up to the Mara River where you will have your picnic lunches. Meals and overnight will be at the lodge/camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Enjoy your breakfast and have a chance to visit a Masai village to see how the Maasai live and interact with one another. Head back to Nairobi having lunch enroute, arriving back to Nairobi by 1700 hrs.
